Our Construction Consultations are designed for clients who do not need project oversight or help with procurement, but rather a strong consultative partner to help guide them through the multitude of decisions inherent with any remodel or new build.

 

on-site or virtual sessions

Designed in two hour sessions, these consultative sessions are each focused on a specific aspect of the project such as layout, tile + stone, cabinetry design, lighting, plumbing, and paint choices. Meetings can be entirely virtual, or include on-site visits as needed.

Your investment

Three sessions, two hours each - $5,000.
Five sessions, two hours each - $8,000.

Available to a select number of clients based on availability. Must be used within a six-month period.

  • Construction Consults are for people who are very comfortable executing on their own. We give you our very best ideas based on the needs and pain points you articulate to us, and you take it from there to make it happen. Full Service we take you from start to finish—specifying, ordering, procuring, storing, and installing. With Full Service we interface with your builder and subs to ensure the vision gets translated as intended. Our best Construction Consult clients are decisive and excited to move their build process along.

  • We can help you place furniture within your floor plan and consult on the scale of it, but cannot order or procure any custom furniture in this service offering.

  • While these are client-led meetings, where agenda and needs are determined by the client, we do follow up with a deck at the end of each meeting that includes visuals, links and notes. Think of us as your fresh set of eyes, your gut check. We are your partner to make these big construction decisions with confidence.
